Job summary

Reo Group in Sydney, Australia is seeking a Finance Systems Manager to own the Dynamics GP environment. You will lead an internal support team, manage partners and provide technical direction as the business prepares for a major ERP transition.

Reporting to the CTO, you will drive incident and change management, improve system governance, and align financial, inventory and service operations with the ERP roadmap while maintaining data integrity and controls.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ERP environments with hands-on technical ownership.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP and related finance modules.
• Experience in inventory-led / distribution environments and cross-functional processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical management and ongoing improvement of Microsoft Dynamics GP and its connected application environment.
• Lead an internal support team, providing technical guidance and escalation support across complex issues.
• Manage specialist development and support partners, ensuring changes meet business requirements.
