Mode Talent Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to head enterprise programs across Microsoft Dynamics ERP and SAP, guiding a team of project managers and delivery specialists in Melbourne.

This hands-on leadership role drives delivery, governance and business transformation, covering Finance, HR, retail and supply chain with a strong focus on reporting, budgets and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex programs in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of corporate functions (Finance, HR), retail, and supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated success delivering with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (F&O, Warehouse Management, Commerce/Point-of-Sale).
• Exposure to SAP platforms (Finance, EWM, BTP Integrations & SuccessFactors) highly regarded.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills across all levels.
• A track record of delivering outcomes through effective planning, governance, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver major enterprise-scale projects aligned with business goals.
• Manage a small team of project managers and delivery resources.
• Oversee program costs, resourcing, licensing and vendor relationships.
• Provide clear, timely reporting on progress, risks and outcomes.
• Ensure smooth transition of projects into operations with handover plans.
• Operate within EPMO governance across Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid approaches.
