Job summary

Tallentire O'Flynn Movsowitz in Sydney is seeking a senior leader to drive a business-critical finance transformation, guiding the shift from Xero to Microsoft Dynamics and redesigning processes to strengthen controls and support growth.

Reporting to the GM Finance, you will own end-to-end transformation, collaborating with Finance, Operations, Technology and external delivery partners to ensure successful implementation, adoption and benefits realisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading finance transformation and ERP implementation programs.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes, controls, reporting and operations.
• Experience delivering process redesign and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Ability to manage vendors, influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption.
• Pragmatic, hands-on leader capable in a fast-paced growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance transformation program from planning through implementation and adoption.
• Oversee migration from Xero to Microsoft Dynamics and related system integrations.
• Drive process improvement, operating model enhancements and automation.
• Manage governance, budgets, reporting and delivery milestones.
• Lead stakeholder communications, training and change activities.
• Partner with external vendors and delivery partners to achieve outcomes.
