Job summary

Reo Recruitment is seeking a Finance Systems Manager to own the Dynamics GP environment and lead a dedicated internal support team. The role focuses on reliability, governance and future ERP transition.

You will partner with CTO and operations to translate business needs into technical improvements, manage external partners, and drive better incident, change and release processes across Finance, inventory, warehousing, and service operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a business-critical ERP environment.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP.
• Background in inventory, warehousing or equipment hire.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, IS or related field.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical management and ongoing improvement of Dynamics GP and its connected environment.
• Lead an internal support team with coaching and escalation support.
• Manage development and support partners to meet business needs.
• Oversee incident resolution, problem management and operational reporting.
• Drive enhancements across Finance, inventory, warehousing and service ops.
• Oversee integrations (APIs/file transfers) ensuring data flow.
• Establish change management, documentation and governance practices.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate requirements into improvements.
• Maintain data quality and financial controls during upgrades.
• Support ERP replacement program with migration planning.
