Job summary

Weploy is seeking a finance systems professional in Melbourne to own and optimise our Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation. You will shape how the growing organisation uses its ERP, moving beyond maintenance to deliver value-driven improvements.

You will lead two upcoming migrations, partner with Finance and Technology, and build automated workflows that reduce manual work. Strong governance, data integrity, and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting
• CA or CPA qualification
• 5+ years in accounting, finance systems or transformation
• Hands on Dynamics 365 experience, preferred during implementations or maturity projects
• Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check

Responsibilities

• Becoming the go to Finance expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and help teams maximise finance modules, workflows and reporting
• Play a key role in two system migrations, ensuring smooth transitions and data integrity
• Collaborate with Finance and Technology to identify improvements and deliver system upgrades that simplify work
• Reduce manual work by building smarter, automated processes
• Improve financial controls and data integrity through better setup, approvals and master data practices
• Assist in building reporting across Dynamics, Power BI and other tools
• Support finance users through change so new processes stick
• Flag system and process risks early with practical fixes
