Macquarie Group is seeking a Scrum Master within the Finance & Tax Platforms team to support the Product Owner and platform squad in delivering business value through effective planning and agile delivery practices.

You will help remove impediments, manage dependencies, and provide transparency across progress, risks and priorities while collaborating with Finance and Technology stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Agile Practitioner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery principles.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience identifying and managing delivery risks, dependencies and impediments.
• Experience with Oracle/SAP or similar enterprise platforms.
