Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to drive consistent service management and delivery across Finance, People and Engagement Data. You will coordinate with capability leaders, stakeholders and technology teams to improve prioritisation, planning, governance and reporting, while ensuring visibility of delivery commitments, risks and dependencies.

You will contribute to the delivery of data services that support critical business outcomes across Finance, Treasury and Risk

Qualifications

• Experience in service delivery, operations or portfolio management coordinating multiple teams.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and stakeholder management translating business needs into delivery outcomes.
• Experience producing clear operational or service performance reporting with workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive consistent service management and delivery practices across Finance and Engagement data services.
• Coordinate across capability leaders, stakeholders and tech teams to improve prioritisation and reporting.
• Support governance, workforce planning and financial performance visibility.
