Job summary

Outlook Talent Solutions in Sydney seeks an experienced Scrum Master to own Agile delivery for a key program within a leading financial services business. You will establish and embed Agile practices, coordinating multiple teams to keep development focused and on track.

You will facilitate ceremonies, manage Jira/Confluence boards and partner with stakeholders to communicate progress, risks and dependencies, under the guidance of a supportive manager focused on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience working with Software Development teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience establishing Agile frameworks, processes and ways of working.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate multiple delivery teams.
• Confidence holding teams accountable for commitments and outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Jira boards, workflows and Agile frameworks.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives.
• Coordinate multiple teams, align priorities and milestones.
• Monitor progress with software development teams and remove blockers.
• Challenge teams constructively to meet delivery timelines.
• Improve Agile ways of working and delivery transparency.
• Communicate progress, risks and issues with stakeholders.
