Job summary

Alpine Shire Council in Bright, Victoria is seeking a Finance Officer on a fixed-term basis until February 2028 to cover parental leave. The role requires finance and payroll experience, familiarity with finance software, and strong admin skills. There is flexibility to work from home in line with policy.

The position is Band 5A with a salary of $75,998 plus super and annual leave loading. Based in Bright with monthly RDOs, you’ll join a values-driven council and be part of a supportive team.

We are seeking a Finance Officer to join our team until February 2028 to provide parental leave coverage. • Current Victorian Driver’s Licence

• Full-Time position, with monthly RDOs
• Alpine Shire Council Enterprise Agreement 2023: Band 5
• Commencing Band 5A: $75,998 per year + Super + Annual Leave Loading
• Based in Bright with the potential to work from home in line with organisational policy
