Job summary

Alpine Shire Council is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to lead and continually improve the service offered by our Customer Service team. You will ensure a great experience for residents, businesses and visitors, and coach the team to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires a passion for customer service, plus the ability to manage rostering and day-to-day operations in Bright. This is a permanent full-time position with Band 6 classification, based in the Alpine Shire region.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary qualification or relevant experience in Administration and Customer Service.
  • Energetic and engaging personality.
  • Victorian driver licence.
  • Valid Victorian Working with Children Check.

How you will make a difference

As the Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be multi-skilled and passionate about exceptional customer service. Your role is responsible for leading and continually improving the service offered by our Customer Service team. The Customer Service team is the 'front door' to the organisation and plays a critical role in ensuring that every customer has a great experience in their dealings with the Council.

  • Lead a team and foster a culture of excellence in customer experience

Our Ideal Candidate

You will have many qualities, in particular people leadership and relationship skills, and a passion for Customer Service.

  • Post-secondary qualification or relevant experience and work skills in the area of Administration and Customer Service
