EXPORT CONSOLIDATION SERVICES (AUSTRALIA ) PTY LTD in Keilor Park is seeking an experienced Finance & Logistics Administration Coordinator to support our international logistics and warehousing operations. The role covers accounts administration, invoicing, debt collection, warehouse billing, and month-end processes.

The successful candidate will be highly organized with strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of freight forwarding, logistics, or warehousing industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance Administration.
• Experience in international freight forwarding, logistics, or warehousing.
• Strong knowledge of CargoWise and billing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue warehouse charges and related invoices.
• Monitor debtor accounts and follow up outstanding payments.
• Reconcile customer and supplier accounts.
• Process accounts receivable transactions and assist with accounts payable.
