Care Essentials, an Australian medical device manufacturer, seeks a Junior Accountant to coordinate export orders and support related accounting tasks. You will manage orders from placement to delivery and collaborate with shipping agents to prepare export documentation.

We value strong written and verbal communication, good organization, and a diploma or degree in accounting or commerce. Experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics or MYOB is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage export customer base from order processing to delivery.

Junior Accountant for Export Order Co-ordination

Care Essentials is an Australian medical device manufacturer. We make warming machines/blankets, PPE including N95/P2 respirators, CSSD wraps and other medical consumables. Our products are made in Australia and exported to over 70 countries and the company enjoys a good reputation.

Due to rapid expansion in our export process, we are looking to add to add a junior accountant for export order coordination and other accounting tasks.

About the role:

You will be managing the export customer base, from processing the order until it is delivered to the customer.

Accurately processing and managing customer purchase orders in our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics), ensuring correct pricing and payment terms

Obtaining freight quotes from freight companies

Communicating with customers to confirm payments, delivery dates, freight quotes, provide updates, and resolve any issues.

Preparing export documentation and liaising with shipping agents.

Tracking shipments, update customer on shipment status, and ensure customer has no issues in clearing their shipments.

Accounting work for related subsidiary

About you:

Experience in a similar role for 1-2 years.

Tertiary qualification in Accounting or commerce

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Good administrative skills, with the ability to be well organised and planned.

Prior experience in Microsoft Dynamics or any other ERP system or MYOB is an added advantage
