Job summary

RAA's The Garage is seeking a Finance Domain Lead to build and grow a new financial services domain within the growth incubator. You will identify opportunities, shape innovative products and propositions, and lead ventures from concept through validation and launch readiness.

Working across strategy, customer insight, product development and commercial growth, you will test bold ideas, partner with stakeholders, and scale initiatives that create genuine member value for South Australia's

Qualifications

Significant experience developing new financial products, propositions or growth opportunities.
Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics and emerging trends in finance.
Experience using customer insight, research and commercial evidence to shape investment and proposition decisions.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to assess viability and growth potential of new opportunities.
Experience building successful partnerships and influencing outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
A passion for experimentation, continuous learning and creating meaningful member outcomes.
