RAA in Adelaide CBD is seeking a commercially minded marketing leader to own growth across the finance products. You’ll use data to shape product, pricing, distribution and go-to-market decisions that drive commercial performance.

You will set priorities, track performance, analyse sales and member data, develop go-to-market strategies and campaigns, and influence product roadmap with pricing and partner teams, while coordinating with offline channels.

Qualifications

• Strong commercially-minded marketer with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities across product, pricing, distribution, and campaigns.
• Proven stakeholder management skills across levels and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own growth plan for finance products and track performance against targets.
• Analyze sales, member and market data to identify opportunities and make evidence-based recommendations.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns aligned to growth targets.
• Influence product pricing, roadmap and commercial decisions with cross-functional partners.
• Optimise retail and distribution performance with Offline Acquisition and Retail teams.
• Lead go-to-market planning and campaigns to deliver measurable ROI.
• Align stakeholders across product, commercial, acquisition, brand and market research.
