RAA's The Garage is building a new Finance Domain and seeks a visionary leader to identify emerging opportunities, shape innovative products and propositions, build strategic partnerships, and drive ventures from concept through validation to launch readiness.
As Finance Domain Lead, you'll collaborate with teams across product, design, technology, data and partnerships to shape opportunities, validate concepts, and steer ventures from ideation to launch readiness, while maintaining a relentless
Qualifications
- Significant experience developing new products, propositions or growth opportunities within financial services, insurance or related industries.
- Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics and emerging trends in finance.
- Experience using customer insight and commercial evidence to shape investment decisions.
- Ability to assess viability and growth potential of opportunities.
- Experience building successful partnerships across stakeholder groups.
- Passion for experimentation and delivering measurable member value.
