Job summary

RAA's The Garage is seeking a Finance Domain Lead to build and grow a new financial services domain within the growth incubator. You will identify opportunities, shape innovative products and propositions, and lead ventures from concept through validation and launch readiness.

As the Finance Domain Lead, you'll have the rare opportunity to build and grow an entirely new financial services domain within The Garage. You'll identify emerging opportunities, shape innovative products and propositions, build strategic partnerships, and lead new ventures from concept through to validation and launch readiness.

Working across strategy, customer insight, product development and commercial growth, you'll combine big-picture thinking with hands-on execution to create new sources of value for RAA members. You'll challenge assumptions, test bold ideas, and use evidence and market insights to determine which opportunities should scale, evolve or stop.
