Responsibilities

• Own job costings and financial reporting, liaise with accountants.
• Manage supplier/subcontractor invoicing and payments; PO matching and approvals.
• Oversee end-of-month reconciliations and stocktake processes.
• Maintain subcontractor compliance records (public liability, WorkCover).
• Manage project information and tool/asset records for smooth operations.
• Complete weekly payroll entries for external accountants.
