Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Finance & Administration Officer in Sydney. This entry‑level role offers exposure to Pricing, Master Data, Financial Accounting and FP&A within a supportive team. You will gain hands-on experience across multiple finance disciplines while developing your commercial finance skills.

Hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) provides balance as you grow your finance career with a global sustainability leader.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support key finance administration processes and ensure data accuracy across multiple systems.
• Maintain pricing, customer and financial master data records.
• Assist with Accounts Payable and pricing-related activities.
• Review and process customer pricing approvals.
• Support the Financial Accounting and FP&A teams with reporting, analysis and project work.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to provide timely information and support decision-making.
