Job summary

Ecolab Water is seeking an Account Manager to partner with Data Centre, Hospital, Commercial and Light Industrial customers across Western & Southern Sydney and Canberra. You will develop tailored water solutions, build trusted relationships and help customers achieve sustainability goals while improving efficiency.

You will be supported by Technical and Corporate Accounts teams, collaborating to identify opportunities, manage projects, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Centres, HVAC, cooling systems, water treatment, facilities or industrial services.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn the water industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored water solutions with customers for measurable outcomes.
• Build and maintain trusted partnerships across Western & Southern Sydney and Canberra.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and sustainability improvements.
• Travel overnight as required to serve key accounts.
• Collaborate with Technical and Corporate Accounts teams to deliver value.

About the Role:

As an Account Manager with Ecolab Water, you'll work closely with Data Centres, Hospitals, Commercial and Light Industrial customers across Western & Southern Sydney and Canberra, helping them improve efficiency, reduce resource consumption, and achieve their sustainability goals.

This role is about more than managing accounts. You'll become a valued partner to your customers, taking the time to understand their needs and working collaboratively to identify opportunities for improvement. Supported by experienced Technical and Corporate Accounts teams, you'll develop tailored water solutions that deliver long-term value and measurable results.

Some overnight travel is required.

About You:

You don't need to meet every requirement to apply. We welcome people with diverse experiences and backgrounds.

You will preferably bring:

• A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Science or a related field, or a relevant trade qualification
• Experience in Data Centres, HVAC, cooling systems, water treatment, facilities or industrial services
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A collaborative and customer-focused approach
• Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn the water industry
• Confidence engaging with a variety of stakeholders
