Ezyquip Hire is seeking an organised, detail-focused Administrator to join our finance team in Toowoomba. You don’t need a finance background; if you’ve worked in an office or administration role, we’ll teach you the rest and support your growth.

We offer full training in accounts payable and receivable, a pathway into finance, and a supportive team. This role provides a stable, growing business with a national footprint across Queensland, NSW and NT.

Qualifications

• Experience in an office or administration role (finance experience is a bonus, not a requirement).
• Strong attention to detail. You notice when numbers or details don’t add up.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel especially).
• The ability to manage your workload and meet deadlines.
• Clear, professional communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• A willingness to learn and ask questions.

Responsibilities

• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Accurate data entry across our finance and hire systems
• Setting up new suppliers and customers, and preparing accounts for approval by our Accountant
• Preparing and maintaining insurance reporting
• Keeping records organised, current and audit-ready
• Supporting the finance team with general admin and ad hoc tasks
