Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within a high-volume call centre or customer-facing environment.
• Great communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Sound numerical literacy and proficiency in using CRM software for data management.
• Understanding of basic financial concepts and regulatory compliance in lending.

Responsibilities

• Assessing applications for asset finance by verifying applicant financial details against lender criteria.
• Assessing applications for asset finance.
• Submitting applications to our panel of more than 40 lenders.
• Organising warranties, insurance, and supporting documents for settlement.
• Participating in team workshops and professional development.
• Establishing and maintaining referral networks.
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress in line with privacy and organisational standards.
• Identifying opportunities where available.
