Westfield Doncaster is seeking an Administration Manager to join our Centre leadership team. You will partner with the Centre Manager to provide financial and administrative leadership that supports performance of the destination, including budgeting, forecasting, controls and business planning in a dynamic retail environment.

You will oversee budgeting, P&L analysis, banking, accounts payable and daily administration, with weekend duty roster and day off in lieu as part of the responsibilities.

Formación

• Experience in budgeting and forecasting within a fast-paced retail or property environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and financial controls.

Responsabilidades

• Support annual asset budgeting to achieve financial targets.
• Analyse centre P&L, review accruals, journals and prepayments.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Deliver bi-monthly forecasting and financial reporting.
• Manage daily banking, reconciliations, accounts payable, and centre administration operations.
