Qualifications

• Proven experience in property accounting or retail property finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
• Understanding of IFRS and property management accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end reporting and variance commentary.
• Control operating costs and communicate performance to Centre Management.
• Deliver client financial reporting and investor reports on a timely basis.
• Assist in annual budgets and reforecasts aligned with business strategy.
• Prepare owner remittances and liaise with auditors for audits.
