Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking a FIFO Site Administrator - Maintenance in Western Australia (Perth). The role offers casual, ongoing work with flexible rosters (14/7, 14/14 or 8/6 days). You will handle timesheets, rosters, travel arrangements and documentation while supporting maintenance scheduling and reporting.

FIFO experience is valued but not essential. The position requires strong Microsoft Office and data entry skills, good communication, and the ability to manage competing

Qualifications

• 2+ years admin experience recommended.
• Strong MS Office and data entry skills required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain timesheets, rosters and personnel records.
• Coordinate travel, mobilisations and scheduling.
• Raise and manage purchase orders, job orders and invoices.
• Support maintenance scheduling and work order administration.
• Data entry and document control.
• Assist site leadership with admin requirements.
