Job summary

Paxus is seeking an experienced End User Desktop Support Specialist to provide onsite IT support in a remote site environment near Adelaide. The role operates on a FIFO roster from Adelaide, with a 1 week on / 1 week off pattern, and 12-hour shifts from Thursday to Wednesday.

Flights and accommodation are provided, with meals on site. Responsibilities include delivering Level 1 desktop support, hardware builds, and troubleshooting, plus incident management and coordination with vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Level 1 desktop support.
• Ability to build/repair hardware.
• Strong incident management and vendor coordination skills.
