Job summary

Heidelberg Materials seeks a Mobile Project Manager (FIFO) to lead remote site teams across concrete plants and related assets. You will oversee rostering, payroll, onboarding and compliance, while managing contracts and client relationships. A strong safety culture and site documentation discipline are essential.

Ideal candidates have FIFO/mining/construction experience, excellent organisation and leadership skills, and a valid C class licence. Section 26 qualification is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Experience managing people and contractors on remote sites.
• Strong focus on safety, risk management and environmental controls.
• Excellent organisation, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Section 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification is highly regarded.
• Valid C Class Driver's Licence required.
• FIFO/mining or construction experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of employees and contractors at remote sites.
• Coordinate maintenance of concrete batch plant, agitator truck fleet and site assets.
• Oversee HR rostering, payroll, onboarding, training and compliance activities.
• Manage project contracts and client relationships.
• Maintain health, safety, quality and environmental controls.
• Ensure delivery and maintenance of high-quality project documentation.
