Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Mobile Project Manager (FIFO) to lead remote-site operations from Perth, WA. The role involves overseeing personnel, contractors and assets on site, ensuring safety, quality and timely documentation while managing client relationships.

The position offers a competitive salary with allowances, plus ongoing development opportunities and a 3:1 or 2:1 roster depending on the project.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar FIFO project role is preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and risk management.
• Experience with HR tasks including rostering and onboarding is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employees and contractors on remote sites.
• Coordinate maintenance of concrete batch plant and fleet assets.
• Manage rostering, payroll, onboarding and training activities.
• Handle project contracts and client relationships.
• Maintain health, safety, quality and environmental controls.
• Ensure high-quality project documentation is delivered.
