Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Mobile Concrete Plants Project Manager (FIFO) to lead remote site operations at Greenbushes, Talison Lithium Mine. You will oversee concrete plant maintenance, batch operations, and fleet coordination while delivering high standards of safety, quality and environmental controls.

The role reports to the Senior Project Manager and requires strong leadership, HR accountability including rostering and onboarding, and excellent stakeholder management with clients and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar project management role.
• Strong safety mindset and risk management.
• FIFO/mining/construction experience preferred.
• Current C Class Driver's Licence.
• Section 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification is highly regarded.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and manage remote sites.

Responsabilités

• Managing employees and contractors on remote sites.
• Coordinating maintenance of the concrete batch plant, agitator truck fleet, and site assets.
• HR responsibilities including rostering, payroll, onboarding, training and compliance.
• Managing the project contract and client relationships.
• Maintaining health and safety, quality and environmental controls.
• Ensuring delivery and maintenance of high-level project documentation.
