You will lead employees and contractors on remote sites, coordinate plant maintenance, rostering, payroll, onboarding, and compliance while upholding high health, safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
• Total dedication to safety and risk management.
• FIFO, mining or construction experience highly valued.
• Strong organisation and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and contract/logistics experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Managing employees and contractors on remote sites.
• Coordinating maintenance of concrete plants and assets.
• Handling rostering, payroll, onboarding, training and compliance.
• Managing the project contract and client relationships.
• Maintaining strict health, safety, quality and environment controls.
• Ensuring delivery and maintenance of project documentation.
