Job summary

Sodexo is hiring Chefs to support sites across Western Australia on a FIFO roster from Perth. You will work across all kitchen sections, bringing creativity to themed nights and events while maintaining top food service standards.

We seek candidates with at least 3 years’ chef experience, a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (IV desirable), and the ability to pass pre-employment medicals and police checks. FIFO experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Certificate III (minimum) or IV (desirable) in Commercial Cookery.
• Strong chef experience (minimum 3 years) required.
• FIFO chef experience highly desirable.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
• Able to undergo pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol testing, and police check.

Responsibilities

• Work across all kitchen sections to deliver high-level food service.
• Collaborate with your team on themed nights and events.
• Maintain quality, safety and hygiene standards on site.
