Gallagher Group Limited is seeking a commercially driven Territory Manager to grow a defined territory across Gallagher and Thunderbird portfolios. You will develop reseller capability, create demand with farmers and end customers, and conduct farm visits with product demonstrations to deliver solutions that add real value.

This hands-on field-based role requires building relationships, managing a sales pipeline and driving results across the agricultural community.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in territory sales, business development or account management.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Experience working with reseller, dealer or distribution networks.
• Understanding of agriculture, agri-tech or rural markets.
• Confidence selling technical products, hardware, software or integrated solutions.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to turn customer needs into sales opportunities.
• Good CRM, pipeline management and forecasting habits.
• Proactive, resilient and self-motivated approach.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout your territory.

Responsabilidades
