Job summary

NBN Co ltd. is seeking a Customer Field Technician to work in Warburton, WA, delivering hands-on installations, repairs and servicing in customers’ homes or businesses. You’ll manage tasks independently, with full training provided and a focus on safety and clear customer communication.

The role runs 7am–7pm with flexibility, includes full training and tools, and requires a valid driver’s licence. You’ll join a team building Australia’s digital future through fibre and copper connections.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications isn’t required; hands-on and customer-focused aptitude matter most.
• Strong commitment to safety and clear communication are essential.
• Must have a current, clean Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Install copper or fibre cabling and customer equipment.
• Perform installations, repairs and maintenance at customer premises.
• Identify and fix faults and keep customers informed and supported throughout the process.
• Work independently to complete tasks across different technologies.
