nbn is seeking a Customer Field Technician to work in the Warburton area, with a permanent full-time position and comprehensive training. You will operate independently across installations, repairs, and maintenance, supporting customers in homes and businesses while handling copper or fibre cabling and customer equipment.

You’ll receive full training and all required tools, with a company-supported safety culture and a driver’s licence as a must.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and work hands-on in a field role.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Current, clean Driver’s Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Install copper or fibre cabling and set up customer equipment.
• Perform installations, repairs and maintenance across nbn technologies.
• Identify faults and support customers in homes or small businesses.
• Provide safe, professional service and clear communication throughout the process.
