Job summary

You will explain results and next steps to customers, ensuring they understand outcomes and expected timelines. A driver’s licence and readiness for field-based, physically active work are essential.

Qualifications

• Background in trades, telecommunications, construction or field-based work.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Able to follow safety procedures and work with risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, activate and connect services in customers’ homes.
• Work across indoor and outdoor environments to complete tasks.
• Communicate findings and next steps clearly to customers.
