Job summary

Visy Retail Services in Canberra is seeking a detail-oriented Store Account Manager to be the face of our brand across the Canberra Metro area and support regional NSW stores, including Bunnings. You will manage relationships, maintain displays, and coordinate refits with autonomy.

Join a collaborative team, travel regularly in a company car, and represent Visy with strong customer service, merchandising excellence, and on-time reporting. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, merchandising, or account management within retail or hardware environments.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset
• Experience delivering product training and in-store support.
• Ability to work autonomously while meeting sales and service targets
• Willingness to travel regularly across the region
• A valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of Bunnings stores, ensuring consistent brand representation.
• Maintain shelves, displays and product layouts to visual merchandising and trade standards.
• Assemble products and promotional displays, supporting refits, new range launches and in-store activations.
• Act as the in-store representative for Visy, supporting merchandising execution, promotions and sales initiatives.
• Build strong working relationships with store teams and key stakeholders through clear communication and excellent customer service.
• Work closely with internal sales and service teams to support account objectives and in-store performance.
• Provide timely and accurate support via phone and email, including reporting and follow-up.
