Visy Retail Services in Canberra Metro area and regional NSW seeks a detail-oriented Store Account Manager to be the face of our brand in-store, delivering exceptional merchandising, customer service, and relationship management.

The role involves regular store visits across Canberra, Goulburn, Young and Cowra, coordinating refits and audits, and reporting through CRM systems to ensure Visy products are well represented and performing on shelves.

Visy Retail Services is seeking a detail-oriented Store Account Manager to be the face of our brand in the Canberra Metro area and service the regional NSW area!

The role:

Visy Retail Services partners with major retailers to deliver outstanding in-store execution, merchandising, and customer service. Our Consumer Products division is seeking a Store Account Manager to play a hands‑on role supporting an allocated group of stores across Canberra, Goulburn, Young and Cowra.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this role requires regular store visits, strong relationship management and a high level of autonomy to ensure Visy products are well represented, compliant and performing strongly at shelf. You will also coordinate refit activities, complete site audits and safety checks, and maintain accurate reporting through CRM systems.

What You Will Do:

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of Bunnings stores, ensuring consistent brand representation.


• Maintain shelves, displays and product layouts to visual merchandising and trade standards.


• Assemble products and promotional displays, supporting refits, new range launches and in‑store activations.


• Act as the in‑store representative for Visy, supporting merchandising execution, promotions and sales initiatives.

What You Will Bring:
