We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist(s) with a genuine interest in improving mining and processing operations. This role involves working closely with customers to understand on-site challenges and translate operational insights into value-driven solutions.

With operations across Australia, South Africa, and West Africa, the role offers strong earning potential, global exposure, and clear career progression for high performers.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English; other languages beneficial.
• 3–5 years mining industry experience, including service contractors.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Office experience desired but not essential.
• Exposure to ERP systems is a plus.
• Experience with strategic email marketing or campaigns desirable.

Aufgaben

• Engage with senior decision-makers at site and corporate levels.
• Conduct on-site field inspections.
• Identify and define customer requirements: bottlenecks, misalignment between production schedules and equipment performance.
• Communicate customer feedback and operational data to the engineering team.
• Compose commercial proposals and close deals.
• Collect and monitor product usage data to ensure service delivery.
• Develop and expand the sales pipeline by identifying new opportunities.
