Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Ability to build genuine relationships with customers.
• Willingness to visit customers on the road and in the field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key customers.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Find new sales opportunities by speaking with customers and understanding their needs.
• Promote parts, servicing, repairs and equipment solutions.
• Visit customers regularly to understand their needs and future requirements.
• Prepare quotes, tenders and sales plans when required.
• Keep customer, sales and equipment records up to date.
• Work closely with service, parts and technical teams to find the right solutions.
• Support sales campaigns, marketing and business development activities.
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs while providing great customer service.
