Job summary

Sharp Office Mid-Coast in Taree is seeking a capable Printer & IT Service Technician to join our hands‑on team. The role involves installing, maintaining and repairing printers and multifunction devices, with IT support for small business customers.

You'll work at customer sites and in our workshop, diagnose faults, and help clients get the most from their equipment. Training is provided across print and IT technologies, with weekend roster rotations.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing or repairing printers, photocopiers or multifunction devices.
• Some understanding of computers, networking and IT systems.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and train across print and IT technologies.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and repairing printers, photocopiers and multifunction devices
• Delivering and installing printers, copiers and software
• Diagnosing hardware and software faults
• Configuring drivers and network connectivity in PC & Mac environments
• Providing IT support for small business customers
• Completing service records and documentation
• Working at customer sites and in the workshop
• Participating in rotating weekend roster and after-hours when rostered
