Job summary

Boileau Business Technology is seeking a Field Engineer to provide comprehensive service and support for our customers' printer hardware and software in Adelaide. The role covers servicing and repairing copiers and printers, diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, refurbishing used equipment, and assisting with stock movements.

The ideal candidate will have experience with photocopier and printer servicing, knowledge of digital copying technology and networking, strong mechanical aptitude,

Qualifications

• Experience servicing photocopiers and printers.
• Knowledge of digital copying technology and networks.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational skills and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair multi-function copiers and printers both in-house and in the field.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
• Refurbish used equipment for resale.
• Provide remote support to customers.
• Assist with stock and equipment movements.
