Job summary

Solenis is seeking a hands-on Technical Service Representative to support our customer base across Maryborough to Rockhampton and surrounding areas. You will install, maintain and service dispensing equipment, while providing training and technical support to customers.

The role requires strong problem-solving, customer relationship skills and the ability to work independently with a focus on safety and quality service delivery. A current driver's license and basic reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on field service experience installations and maintenance.
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver effective product training and coaching to customers.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission dispensing equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance, servicing and repairs.
• Respond to breakdown calls and provide technical support.
• Conduct customer training and maintain training records.
