Job summary

Diversey Austrlia Pvt ltd – Rockhampton QLD is seeking a hands-on Technical Service Representative to support its growing customer base across Maryborough to Rockhampton. This field-based role focuses on installation, maintenance and servicing of dispensing equipment, plus training customers to achieve best outcomes.

You will respond to breakdowns, perform preventative maintenance, and build strong relationships with store managers and engineers while working autonomously in a safety-conscious

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service delivery.
• Experience delivering training or coaching customers is highly regarded.
• A current driver’s licence.
• Intermediate technology skills for reporting and service management systems.

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Service Representative to support our growing customer base from Maryborough through to Rockhampton and the surrounding communities. This field-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building strong customer relationships and working independently while delivering outstanding technical service.

In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and servicing of dispensing equipment and systems, while providing customers with training and technical support. You'll play an important role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service and achieve the best outcomes from our products and solutions.
