Job summary

Liebherr Group is seeking a skilled technician in Queensland, Australia to diagnose, maintain and repair mining equipment across multiple sites. You will handle component replacements, new equipment assembly and commissioning, and provide high levels of customer support.

The role emphasizes safety, quality workmanship and teamwork while offering substantial overtime opportunities. Reporting to the Service Supervisor, you will work on some of the world’s most advanced mining gear, with training

Qualifications

• Applicable Mechanical or Auto Electrician trade qualification essential.
• Previous Liebherr Excavator, Truck or Dozer knowledge preferred but not essential.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic and/or electrical background.
• Current driver’s license (C class minimum).

Responsibilities

• Major component change out and repairs.
• New equipment assembly and commissioning.
• Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults.
• Repair damaged or faulty components.
• Preventative maintenance, inspections and machine adjustments.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service and technical support.

Reporting to the Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in keeping some of the industry’s most advanced mining equipment performing at its best by providing expert diagnostics, maintenance, repairs and component replacement.

• Monday to Friday role with significant overtime opportunities
• Industry leading overtime rates and conditions

Key Responsibilities

About you
