Job summary

Liebherr-Australia Pty Ltd, based in Adelaide, seeks a qualified plant or diesel mechanic to work in the field across South Australia. You will diagnose faults and perform major and minor services on earthmoving equipment, including wheel loaders, material handlers and excavators, for our growing customer base.

Based at our Adelaide branch, the role offers a fully maintained service vehicle, regional travel, and OEM technical training, with overtime and flexible site visits to meet customer

Qualifications

• Trade qualified as Diesel / Mobile Plant Mechanic.
• Flexibility to travel to customer sites and work over-time as required.
• Ability to fault find.
• Forklift, W, T, R and Air conditioning ticket advantageous.
• Basic Word and Excel abilities.
• Commitment to maintain, and adhere to safety guidelines in the workplace.

Job description

We have a very rewarding and challenging role for a qualified plant or diesel mechanic. Can you work independently and carry out major repairs on earthmoving equipment with minimal assistance and can diagnose complex faults. Liebherr Earthmoving Division has a new opportunity for an experienced and motivated technician to be based in our Adelaide branch. In this role you will work in the Field across South Australia with the opportunity of regional work, maintain and repair a broad range of our equipment including wheel loaders, material handlers and excavators for our growing customer base.
