Job summary

Liebherr Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an Electrical Technician for Peak Downs Mine Site. The role operates on a 7 days on / 7 days off roster, with rotating day and night shifts, reporting to the Customer Support Manager.

You will diagnose, repair and service electrical faults across advanced mining equipment, ensuring safety and compliance. Qualified tradespeople with Electrical Licence and High Voltage Certification, plus High Risk Licences (LF, DG, EWP) and Working at Heights, are encouraged

Qualifications

• Recognised Australian Trade Qualification.
• Electrical Licence coupled with High Voltage Certification.
• High Risk Work Licences – LF (Forklift), DG (Dogging) and EWP (Elevated Work Platform).
• Working at Heights Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and rectify electrical faults.
• Identify and diagnose faults across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical components.
• Carry out repairs and servicing across all site OEM equipment.
• Safely operate workshop equipment, including mobile lifting equipment.
• Deliver safe, efficient and compliant maintenance and component replacement services.
• Build strong working relationships through trust, teamwork and a commitment to quality.

What You'll Be Doing

As a valued member of our site team, you will:
