Job summary

TORMAX is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our installation and service team, covering Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. This hands-on role requires you to work unsupervised, manage your day, and deliver a quality outcome on every site.

Experience in the mechanical or electrical trades is advantageous but not essential; full training is provided. You’ll interact with customers and may be required for after-hours or weekend work, plus joining the on-call roster.

TORMAX is searching for a Field Service Technician to join our installation and service team, covering Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. Experience in the mechanical or electrical trades would be advantageous, but it’s not essential, full training is provided. What matters most is a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine pride in doing the job well.

This is a hands-on, out-in-the-field role suited to someone who enjoys variety and problem-solving rather than the same task twice. You’ll be trusted to work unsupervised, manage your own day and deliver a quality outcome on every site — so a strong work ethic and the self-motivation to see a job through are what set the right candidate apart.

As this role has a high level of customer interaction, a demonstrated history of providing quality customer service will be valued highly.
