Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ hands‑on experience in a maintenance or service position.
• Experience in the doors industry is an advantage, but not essential.
• Backgrounds in whitegoods, appliances, electronics, or similar service/repair roles are highly regarded.
• Full driver’s licence required.
• Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality.
• Customer service mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative maintenance on automatic doors, roller shutters and gates.
• Attend callouts and breakdowns.
• Carry out installation and commissioning activities.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with KONE policies and procedures, including health, safety, and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships across the local region, delivering high-quality service and support.
