Job summary

Rheem Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Supervisor to join our WA Service team based in Welshpool. You will lead a team of 5 Field Service Technicians and provide support, technical guidance and training to our network of Service Providers and Service Agents.

Responsibilities include ensuring efficient field work, resolving technical issues, conducting site visits and coordinating training and inspections to maintain high service standards across Western Australia.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing field teams.
• Ability to train and support service providers and agents.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5 Field Service Technicians and support staff.
• Resolve technical field issues and provide guidance to technicians.
• Conduct regular site visits, meetings and customer dispute resolution.
• Quote installation work for Rheem products.
• Ensure field staff are trained to install and service Rheem products within qualifications.
• Report faults to Service Manager and stakeholders.
• Monitor staff levels to meet service demand.
• Coordinate training with Service Agents and inspectors.
• Inspect service vehicles for safety and readiness.
• Uphold Rheem Corporate, Quality & WHS procedures.
