Job summary

JLG, an Oshkosh company, is seeking a Field Service Coordinator in Western Australia to manage day-to-day field service operations within the region. You will drive KPI achievement, coordinate technicians’ daily activities, and liaise with managers to align service delivery with company standards.

You will also support performance reviews, maintain schedules, and build strong relationships with customers while identifying new business opportunities and ensuring timely timesheet processing.

Qualifications

• Previous experience coordinating a team of Field Service Technicians or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship building and high level of customer service
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong time-management and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Achieve operational KPI's for the field service team
• Coordinate field service technicians' daily activities
• Assist with performance reviews for all field service technicians in the region
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed
• Answer calls for the service department and the branch
• Log and allocate service jobs for field technicians
• Post internal and external field service jobs
• Generate field service reports for management as required
• Quote additional jobs to customers as reported by technicians
• Provide superior customer service and develop relationships with the regional customer base
• Identify new business opportunities and report to management
• Coordinate and schedule van stock takes as required
• Ensure timesheets for the field service team are processed timely
• Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties
• Keep management up to date with market trends
