Job summary

JLG, an Oshkosh company, is seeking a Field Service Technician to attend customer premises, service, inspect, and repair access equipment including elevating work platforms, lighting towers, telehandlers, and forklifts.

You will travel within Victoria, communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, complete paperwork, and help generate service leads while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in relevant field is mandatory.
• Experience with mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems is advantageous.
• Ability to travel up to 25% within Victoria and beyond as required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections, servicing and repairs of equipment focusing on elevating work platforms, telehandlers and lighting towers.
• Travel to customer sites and complete on-site repairs to minimize transport of machines.
• Complete required paperwork and inspection forms in a timely manner.
• Provide high level of customer service and liaise with stakeholders.
• Assist with site safety and compliance and maintain accurate job notes.
• Generate sales and service leads where possible and collaborate with the team.
